Corporate Challenge Teams
The corporate challenge is hotly contested each year, offering teams the chance to strut their stuff while enjoying one of Cape Town’s most iconic attractions and raising funds for local charities.
The team who has the highest total of ascents of Platteklip Gorge between the start at sunrise (07h13) and the end at sunset (18h17) on challenge day, descending via the cable car, will be crowned Corporate team winner for 2024.
While corporate teams pay a team entry fee, many teams challenge each other to raise additional funds from friends and family in their personal capacities. This commitment and involvement promotes a greater sense of investment in, and enjoyment of, the event.
